Q. Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Since we are a specialty shop all sales are final.  However, if you have a problem with your order please contact us at sales@robingunn.com.  We would love to see if there is a way we can resolve the issue.  We like happy shoppers!

Q: Do you take PayPal?

A: We do! Robin's Nest Shop takes major credit cards and can also accept direct PayPal account transactions as well. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at sales@robingunn.com.

Q: Where is my order? 
A: All orders are shipped USPS unless Fed-Ex is specified. Therefore the packages cannot be tracked.

Q: I have a large group that I would like to get a group discount for. Can you do that?
A: Yes, we can manually process your order over the phone. Please email us your request and phone number so that we can call you to place a large order to receive 15% off of 25 shirts or more.

Q: I am having problems ordering, can you help me? 
A: There could be a number of issues. To use this site, you must have javascript and cookies enabled on your computer. You can find instructions on how to enable cookies here. Also, if you are running Safari on a Mac, you may experience some difficulties and layout problems. Please contact us as directed below under technical support.

Q: What currency are your prices in? 
A: Our prices are in US dollars.
